Return & Cancellation Policy

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
• Return Shipping: We cover return shipping for defective/incorrect products. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours unless already shipped. Call us directly for in-store cancellations.
• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
• Exceptions: Gift cards, personalized items, perishable or clearance goods may be non-returnable or final sale.
