Data Deletion Policy

kbcloudtech ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy and data rights. This policy explains how you can request deletion of personal data collected through WhatsApp-based services powered by our platform.

• Who We Are: kbcloudtech is a no-code SaaS platform and verified WhatsApp Tech Provider. We help 40+ industries launch WhatsApp-native microservices such as catalogs, appointment flows, UPI payments, and automated replies using their own phone numbers.
• Cloud Hosting & Data Regions: We use Google Firebase for secure cloud storage. Data may be stored in region-specific Firestore instances based on client location (e.g., Mumbai, Singapore, Belgium, Iowa). All regions are protected under Google Cloud’s compliance standards.
• Data We Collect: Depending on the service you use, we may collect:
  • Submitted form inputs (appointments, orders, feedback)
  • WhatsApp numbers, names, or email addresses (if shared)
  • UPI payment references (if applicable)
  • Timestamps, meta flow references, and catalog IDs
• Why We Collect It: Data is used solely to operate WhatsApp-based workflows for each business (e.g., logging orders, confirming appointments, sending receipts). We do not use or resell data beyond its intended purpose.
• Your Right to Deletion: If you’ve interacted with a kbcloudtech-powered WhatsApp solution and wish to delete your personal data, please email us with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Your WhatsApp number
  • Business name you interacted with
  • Date or description of the form/order submitted
• How to Submit a Request: Email us at contact@kbcloudtech.com. Once verified, we will delete your data within 7 business days unless legal retention rules apply.
• For Business Clients: Businesses using kbcloudtech are expected to honor data deletion requests. Admin dashboards include tools to remove user-submitted Firestore entries securely.
• Security & Compliance: We follow Meta's Data Deletion Policy and Firebase's regional compliance frameworks. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No excess permissions are requested.
